Ingredients- 500 g raspberries, fully ripe, cleaned
- 100 g rock suar, white
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), sliced open
- 750 ml vodka

- Mix the raspberries with the rock sugar and place in a bulbous bottle with the sliced vanilla pod. Pour in the vodka. Close the bottle tightly and let it stand in a light place for about 4 weeks. Then strain the fruit and the vanilla pod.
