Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries, weihed and prepared
  • 300 g nectarine (s), prepared and weihed
  • 70 ml raspberry spirit or water
  • 600 g preservin suar

Instructions

  1. First prepare the fruit: if possible, don`t wash the raspberries, but sort them cleanly. Wash, dry and core the nectarines. First cut into wedges, then into fine pieces.
  2. Mix the fruits in a saucepan with the preserving sugar and the raspberry spirit (can be replaced with water). The pot should not be more than half full, otherwise it will splash on your hands and stove. Let something stand.
  3. In the meantime maybe rinse and drain the glasses. Jars with screw caps are best.
  4. Now bring the mixture to the boil while stirring. When all the food is boiling, the cooking time begins. After 3 - 4 minutes the mass gels (gelling test!) And must be poured into the glasses immediately. Then turn it upside down for about 5 minutes.
