Ingredients

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • possibly powdered sugar
  • some ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Puree the raspberries and gradually add the buttermilk and yoghurt. If the raspberries are too sour, sweeten them with a little powdered sugar.
  2. Serve with ice cubes. Tastes great (and looks great too) when you pour it half and half together with my mango shake in a glass.
