Raspberry Smoothie Bowl with Nectarines and Yogurt

A simple, beautiful, and delicious smoothie bowl is thicker than drinking and replaces traditional breakfast cereals. This smoothie contains a variety of seeds, grains, nuts, oatmeal, berries, and fruits, fresh, frozen, or dried. Today we’ll make a raspberry smoothie bowl and garnish it with nuts, whole berries, nectarine wedges, sesame seeds, oatmeal, and mint.

Ingredients
Raspberries – 300 g
Nectarines – 1-2 pcs.
Yogurt – 200 ml
Honey – 30 g
Vanilla sugar – to taste
For decoration:
Peeled cashews – 3 pcs.
Almonds – 2 pcs.
Hazelnuts – 3 pcs.
Oatmeal flakes – 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds – 0.5 teaspoon
Fresh mint – 1 sprig
Directions
Pour the yogurt into the whipping bowl. My nectarines, cut into arbitrary pieces and send to the bowl.
Wash my raspberries, dry them and also send them to the bowl, leaving some berries to decorate the finished smoothie. Pour in honey and add vanilla sugar.
Grind nectarines and raspberries to a thick and slightly grainy consistency. Transfer the raspberry smoothie with nectarines and yogurt to a plate.
Decorate the top with the raspberry smoothie with the left berries, nectarine slices, nuts, oatmeal, sesame seeds, and mint. Serve the raspberry smoothie in a bowl immediately after cooking.
