Ingredients

  • 100 g raspberries, fresh (alternatively frozen berries)
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries quickly and whisk for a few minutes with the yogurt, lemon juice and maple syrup in a blender or with the hand blender.
  2. Pour the shake into a large glass and serve chilled.
  3. If you prepare the shake in the morning, you can take it with you to the office in a screw-top jar or a well-sealable plastic container. Shake it well again before drinking.
