Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the eggplant, bell pepper and zucchini, then cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan. Halve the schnitzel and fry them briefly. Then season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. The cut vegetables are then placed in the pan with the.
