Instructions

  1. Wash the carrots and peel them with the peeler. Cut off the end and grate finely on the vegetable grater. Pluck the parsley from the stalks, wash, cut into small pieces with a knife and chop, add to the carrots.
  2. For the marinade, stir together the vinegar, salt, sugar and cream. Add the marinade to the grated carrots and mix well, let it steep a little.
  3. Goes well as a side dish or as a starter.
  4. Annotation:
  5. When preparing carrots, it is important to add a little fat (cream) to the dish.
  6. Carrots contain the very healthy carotene. This can only be absorbed by the body if there is some fat in the food. You should also chop the carrots well, this will improve the absorption of carotene.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
