Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon citric acid

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and weigh the fruits.
  2. Puree the fruits in a tall saucepan with the remaining ingredients and let stand for 1 hour. Then bring to the boil and boil for about 4 minutes, make a gelling test.
