Ingredients

  • 600 g red cabbae, fresh
  • 400 g potato (s), waxy
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon herb cream cheese
  • 2 apples
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the red cabbage, peel the potatoes and cut both into bite-sized pieces (about 2 x 2 cm), cut the spring onions into rings.
  2. Put everything together in the First multicooker and pour the vegetable stock over it. Close the lid and valve and set the multicooker for 10 minutes.
  3. At the end of the cooking time, let the steam slowly escape while peeling and dicing the apples and dicing or crumbling the feta.
  4. As soon as the lid can be opened, stir in the apple cubes and cream cheese and let the apples steep. Season to taste with the spices.
  5. Stir in the feta just before serving.
