Red Curry with Chicken

Red curry is sharper than green curry. Therefore, the red curry with chicken is very spicy. Serve with unleavened rice. Good luck with your cooking!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
  • Red Curry Paste – 1 Tbsp the spoon
  • Chicken Breasts – 3-4 Pieces
  • Coconut milk – 250-300 Milliliters
  • Fish sauce – 1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add red curry.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into several pieces and place in the pan. Brush the chicken breasts with red curry paste.
  3. Add coconut milk.
  4. And at the end, fish sauce. Stir. Simmer the chicken until cooked. Serve with rice.
