Ingredients

  • 50 g onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), red
  • 650 g potato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • 30 g raisins
  • 200 g lentils, red
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 bunch coriander greens

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Peel the garlic and finely chop it together with the chilli pepper. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes (approx. 10 g each).
  2. Heat oil in a pot. Briefly sauté the onions, garlic and chilli in it. Add spices and potatoes. Sweat briefly. Top up with broth. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add the raisins and lentils, cover and cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Season well with salt and cayenne pepper. Roughly pluck the coriander greens and fold into the curry just before serving.
