- 150 g lentils, red
- 300 ml water
- 2 carrot (s)
- 0.25 ¼ leek stick (s)
- 300 ml water
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon hemp oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper

- Cut the carrots and leek into pieces.
- Put the lentils in a saucepan with 300 ml water and bring to the boil. Add the leek and carrots and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool down.
- Add the remaining ingredients and puree everything.
- Store in the refrigerator.
