  • Smoked red fish – 250 g
  • Fresh cheese (robiola) – 100 g
  • Parsley – 7 sprigs

How to make red fish and fresh cheese rolls:

Directions

  1. Mix cheese with chopped parsley.
  2. Put slices of smoked red fish in one layer on the cling film.
  3. Layout the cheese filling and spread evenly.
  4. Roll up with a foil.
  5. Cut into small rolls, about 1.5 cm in size.
  6. Place the red fish rolls on a plate.
