Ingredients

  • 2 plum (s), red or yellow
  • 50 g currants, fresh or frozen
  • 120 g rapes, red
  • 1 blood orange (s), their juice
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruit and stone the plums. Squeeze the blood oranges. Cut the plums a little smaller and put them in the blender along with the other ingredients. Mix the fruits well for about 2 minutes.
  2. If the smoothie is still too sour for you, you can of course add a little more honey or some fruit juice instead of water.
