- 200 g raspberries
- 200 g currants, red
- 2 tablespoon juice (pear syrup)
- 125 g mascarpone
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 10 ice cubes
- Puree everything - without the ice cubes - together. Crush the ice, divide it into glasses and pour the smoothie over it.
