Ingredients
 

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 200 g currants, red
  • 2 tablespoon juice (pear syrup)
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 10 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Puree everything - without the ice cubes - together. Crush the ice, divide it into glasses and pour the smoothie over it.
