Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet baking powder

For covering:

  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 packs cake icing, red
  • Butter, as required (but does not have to be)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough well so that the mixture is nice and creamy. Then spread them on a baking sheet. Drain the cherries well and spread them on the dough. Bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, make a custard cream from vanilla pudding powder, milk and butter. Then spread this mixture onto the baked base.
  3. Boil an infusion of the juice of the cherries (1/2 liter) and 2 packs of cake topping and distribute the hot mixture over the cake. Let cool down.
