Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ glass sour cherries
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch (e.g. Mondamin)
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon water
- 0.5 ½ pack custard powder (vanilla)
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 250 g cream quark
- some chocolate flakes to decorate
- some whipped cream, to decorate

- Drain the cherries, pour the juice into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the mondamin, 1 tablespoon sugar and 4 tablespoon water until smooth and stir into the boiling cherry juice. Add cherries and let cool.
- Mix the vanilla pudding powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk with the whisk. Bring 1/4 liter of milk to the boil. Stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil once. Stir 250 g cream quark into the cooled vanilla cream.
- Layer alternating cherries and vanilla cream in dessert glasses and then chill.
- Finally, decorate the dessert with the whipped cream and the chocolate flakes.
