Ingredients

  • 500 g pork for oulash, diced
  • 2 onions)
  • 275 ml red wine
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the pork in it. Cut the onions into cubes and add them. After about 5 minutes, deglaze with the red wine and add the stock. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Simmer for 90 minutes, then thicken the sauce with starch, simmer briefly and season to taste.
  2. Serve with pasta.
