- 1 bottle red wine
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 32 sugar cubes
- 4 egg yolks
- 8 cl rum

- Put the cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan with the red wine and let it steep for 1 hour. Then bring the red wine to the boil.
- Put the egg yolks in a punch pot and gradually whisk with some of the heated red wine, stirring constantly. Then add the rum and sugar. Top up with the rest of the red wine.
