  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 32 sugar cubes
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 8 cl rum

Instructions

  1. Put the cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan with the red wine and let it steep for 1 hour. Then bring the red wine to the boil.
  2. Put the egg yolks in a punch pot and gradually whisk with some of the heated red wine, stirring constantly. Then add the rum and sugar. Top up with the rest of the red wine.
