Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ large bell pepper (s), red
  • 6 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 125 ml tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 4 drops Tabasco
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives rolls
  • 1 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil. Peel and dice the garlic and onion. Then sauté in the heated oil.
  2. Core the bell pepper, remove the white partitions, wash the bell pepper, cut into fine strips and sauté briefly.
