Instructions

  1. Heat milk with butter.
  2. Briefly mix powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  3. Add the hot butter-milk mixture and stir well.
  4. (I always do this in the mixer)
  5. Put the glaze on the cake immediately and smooth it out.
  6. Gets fast.
  7. For me it is enough for a complete box cake, Guglhupf or normal cake from the springform pan.
  8. Easy to make with ingredients that are almost always there!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
