Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Pour the butter in flakes over it and knead or crumble with your fingers until you get fine crumble.
  3. Process further as desired.
  4. The batter is just enough for a sheet cake. (Just crumble, no batter for the base)
  5. For a springform pan, remove approx. 2/3 of the crumble and press into the well-greased form, pulling up one edge.
  6. Now top with fruit, etc. as you like and finally spread the crumble over it.
  7. Bake for about 1 hour at 180 °.
