  • 1 small bunch chives
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g skimmed yourt
  • some Milk
  • some vinegar

Instructions

  1. Chop capers, cucumber, chives and parsley very finely and place in a bowl with the quark and yoghurt. Season to taste with a little sugar and pepper. Add some milk for the desired consistency.
