  • 100 g skimmed yourt
  • some Milk
  • some vinegar

Instructions

  1. Chop capers, cucumber, chives and parsley very finely and place in a bowl with the quark and yoghurt. Season to taste with a little sugar and pepper. Add some milk for the desired consistency. Then trim the tartar sauce with a little vinegar and / or cucumber water to a light acidity. Let the sauce steep
