  • 150 g ladyfiners
  • 6 tablespoon wine, white (semi-dry Silvaner)
  • 350 g applesauce
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g cream cheese (semi-fat)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a square baking dish with ladyfingers and drizzle with the wine. Spread the applesauce on top. Mix the quark, cream cheese, milk and honey together and spread over the applesauce.
  2. Put the form in the refrigerator and let it steep. Dust with cocoa before serving.
  3. Tip: If there are small children in the household, the wine can also be replaced with apple juice.
