  • 4 sausages (sausages)
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • Savory
  • marjoram
  • 150 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Clean the beans and cut into smaller pieces. Cut the sausages into slices. Roughly dice the peeled potatoes.
  2. Bring the meat stock to the boil, add the beans and potatoes. Season with marjoram and savory. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the sausages. Mix the sour cream and flour and add to the soup, season again to taste.
