Ingredients

  • 500 g rhubarb
  • 500 g kiwi (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 kg of preserving sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut the rhubarb into small pieces. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. Put them in a large saucepan with the juice of one lemon and cover with the preserving sugar. Let stand for about 2 hours and let the juice steep.
  2. Then bring the mixture to the boil, let it boil for 4 minutes and pour it into glasses while still hot.
