Ingredients
- 500 g rhubarb
- 500 g kiwi (s)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 kg of preserving sugar

- Wash, peel and cut the rhubarb into small pieces. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. Put them in a large saucepan with the juice of one lemon and cover with the preserving sugar. Let stand for about 2 hours and let the juice steep.
- Then bring the mixture to the boil, let it boil for 4 minutes and pour it into glasses while still hot.
