  • 1 ½ liter schnapps B. Korn
  • 1.3 kg rhubarb, peeled
  • 18 teaspoons lime juice
  • 450 g suar

Instructions

  1. Peel the rhubarb and then heat it in a saucepan so that the rhubarb becomes soft. Let the puree cool and add the remaining ingredients. Finally mix everything well and fill into bottles.
  2. Tip: It is best to chill the drink before consuming it.
