Ingredients
- 4 cl Aperol
- 6 cl rhubarb nectar
- 3 cl Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 1 splash mineral water, classic, optional
- 1 orange fillet (s), with skin
- ice cubes

- Cool the Aperol, sparkling wine and rhubarb juice well. Wash the orange with hot water and rub the peel dry with a cloth.
- Pour the Aperol into the glass, top up with rhubarb juice, prosecco and a splash of mineral water, to taste. Add an orange fillet and ice cubes if you like.
