Ingredients

  • 90 g rice
  • 200 g corn
  • 200 g tuna
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 50 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • milk
  • herbs and spices

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice and let it cool. Mix with the corn and tuna. Dilute creme fraiche, low-fat quark, some milk and mix herbs and spices together as desired and mix with the salad.
