Ingredients

  • 60 g rice, cooked the day before
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt, 3.5% fat, approx. 50 g
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • some fruits your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt with the sugar in a bowl, add the already cooked cold rice and stir. It doesn`t matter what kind of rice you use.
  2. Then fill the rice cream in layers with the desired fruits in a dessert bowl or glass.
  3. This small dish is also good for breakfast.
