Ingredients

  • 90 g butter or mararine
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 sachet rice pudding, instant
  • 1 sachet pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 0.5 liter ½ cream
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Make a crumble dough from butter or margarine, 75 g sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, flour and baking powder. Line a greased springform pan (26 cm) with the dough (2/3 of the dough for the base, 1/3 for the edge).
  2. For the filling, drain the sour cherries and spread them on the bottom. Cook a rice pudding from rice pudding, pudding powder, milk, cream and 80 g sugar and distribute evenly over the cherries.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Cover after 30 minutes if necessary. The cake tastes best when it is warm.
