  • Brown rice – 30 grams
  • Broccoli – 50 grams
  • Cauliflower – 50 grams
  • Spinach – 80 grams
  • Fresh ginger, grated – 1 teaspoon
  • Onions – 1 piece
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • GHI oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic vinegar -1 tablespoon
  • Sugar, hot red pepper, and black to taste

Rice with Broccoli, Spinach and Cauliflower Instructions

  1. Boil rice.
  2. Blanch the cauliflower and broccoli for 2 minutes.
  3. Peel the onion, garlic, and ginger chop finely and fry until transparent in oil.
  4. Add balsamic, sugar and stir the dressing.
  5. Put broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, rice into a frying pan.
  6. Sprinkle with black and red pepper, warm up and serve.
