Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 cup rice, cooked
  • 2 small Glass sherry medium
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon stock, grained
  • some clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Wash the leek and cut into fine slices. Fry the minced meat in clarified butter, season with salt and pepper, add the leek and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Scatter the granulated broth over it and add the cooked rice. Mix everything well. When the rice is hot, pour the sherry over it and serve.
