  • soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
  • dill 20 g

  1. We disassemble broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences. Simmer cabbage over low heat with green beans for about 7 minutes.
  2. Add the sweet pepper cut into strips. Stir and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes.
  3. Salt and pepper lightly, and then break the eggs into the vegetables.
  4. Stir and fry the eggs until tender. Add garlic if desired for pungency and aroma.
  5. At this point, our rice is already cooked. Add it to the vegetables, add the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat.
