Ingredients

  • 250 g ricotta
  • 4 teaspoons cocoa
  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Chop the walnut kernels, ideally grind them with a hand blender.
  2. Mix the ricotta with the cocoa, the vanilla sugar, the walnuts and the Bailey`s and pour into small glasses.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries).
  4. Make small portions, it`s got a lot of stuff!
