Ingredients- Sour cream 400 gram
- Cookies 400 gram
- Butter 100 Grams
- Condensed milk 200 Gram
- Gelatin 3 tbsp
- Ricotta 400 gram

- Grind the cookies in a blender or rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until smooth.
- Place the cookies on the bottom of the cheesecake mold and tamp them well. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- Combine the milk and sour cream, then heat them slightly and add the ricotta. Beat the whole mass for 1 minute.
- Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes and then heat until completely dissolved.
- Strain the gelatin and add it to the sour cream, stirring thoroughly.
- Fill the cookie sheet with the prepared mass. Put it back in the refrigerator to set for 2 hours.
