Ricotta Gnocchi

Gnocchi with ricotta are close relatives of lazy dumplings with cottage cheese, only made from homemade cottage cheese with the addition of cheese. Delicious. These dumplings are savory.

Ingredients

  • Bread crumbs – 1/2 Glasses
  • Ricotta – 500 Grams
  • Lemon – 1 Piece
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Fresh rosemary – 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Flour – 6 Art. spoons
  • Parmesan – 1/2 Glasses (grated)
  • Salt and Pepper – 1 To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Put curd in a bowl and add flour.
  3. Add bread crumbs.
  4. Place lemon zest in a bowl.
  5. Add grated cheese.
  6. Add egg, rosemary and salt.
  7. Pepper and mix gently.
  8. Roll out the dough.
  9. Ready-made gnocchi can be kept in the refrigerator.
