Riesling – Schnitzel

Instructions

  1. Fry the schnitzel. Deglaze the gravy with 1/8 L Riesling. Stir in 3 tablespoon creme fraiche, season with a little salt and pepper and pour over the schnitzel in a baking dish.
  2. Braise the mixed mushrooms with butter and a finely chopped onion. Salt and pepper a little, chop the parsley and put everything on top of the schnitzel.
  3. Bake in the electric oven at 200 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. I myself like to bread the schnitzel before baking, but it doesn`t have to be. You can take fresh mushrooms as well as those from the jar.
  5. Incidentally, the recipe can also be prepared the day before, so it is ideal for both small and large parties.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
