Ingredients

  • 150 g roast beef, cut
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 40 g rocket
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 spring onion (s) or shallot
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, bianco
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange the roast beef on plates.
  2. Cut the avocado into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Chop the spring onion and mix with the avocado.
  3. Mix together the mustard, balsamic vinegar, oil and soy sauce and season. Mix 3/4 of the sauce with the avocado mixture and serve on the rocket.
  4. Drizzle the rest of the sauce over the roast beef.
