Instructions

  1. Season the roast, pour melted butter over it (or rub the seasoning with oil); Roast in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40 minutes, then leave to rest in the switched off oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Totally simple, but wonderfully tender!
