- 8 medium onion (s)
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon paprika powder, hot pink
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon cranberry jam
- 1 bottle malt beer
- Fat for frying
