Roast Pork with Vegetables, in a Pot, with a Donut.

Roast in a creamy sauce, with grainy mustard, vegetables and a delicious donut.

Ingredients

  • Pork (carbonate) – 250 g
  • Potatoes – 200 g
  • Onions – 60 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 60 g
  • Celery root – 20 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Confectionery cream – 150 ml.
  • Granular mustard – 2 tablespoons
  • Champignons- 100 g
    Pampushki:
  • Flour – 300 g (approximately)
  • Water
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 30 g

Directions

  1. Cut the onion and pepper into large cubes. Meat and potatoes – medium cubes. Slice small mushrooms lengthwise. Celery – in small strips. Chopped the garlic with a knife.
  2. Fry potatoes over high heat. When brown, add the meat. Fry for 2 minutes.
  3. We throw in vegetables, all at once, salt and pepper. I recommend adding ground coriander. Fry for 3 minutes on maximum heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in a little water, and simmer the roast pork with vegetables for about 7 minutes.
  5. We shift the contents of the pan into the pots, add half of the water, pour in the cream, add the mustard. I added another cherry tomato in quarters.
  6. Cover with a dough cake, send the roast pork with vegetables to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cooking until the donuts are browned. Two or three times during the baking process, I greased them with vegetable oil, in which there was garlic chopped through a press and finely chopped dill with parsley.
  7. For the dough – mixed all the ingredients, kneaded until slightly sticky. (If the dough is not sticky, then there is a possibility that it will fall inside the pot and be a fiasco)) I let the dough stand for only half an hour.
