  • 2 onion (s), red, cut into eighths
  • olive oil
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 20 g parsley, chopped
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, finely diced
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest

Instructions

  1. Put the carrots and onions in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil and roast at 190 ° C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with walnuts, parsley, garlic and lemon zest and roast for another 10 minutes.
  2. Serve as an accompaniment to meat of your choice.
