  • 0.5 ½ cup sweet cream
  • 1 cup green spelled, ground (small coffee cup)
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and roast the green spelled in it until it turns light brown and smells roasted. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock, soak for about 20 minutes / simmer very gently.
  2. Then stir in the cream and the chives rolls.
  3. Use between 1-1.5 liters of vegetable stock, depending on the taste or the desired thickness of the soup.
