- 250 g potato (s), small, waxy ones
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- paprika powder, noble sweet
- Cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- Rosemary, ground
- Caraway powder

- Cook potatoes in their skins for about 15 minutes. Let cool, peel, cut in half.
- Heat the butter and oil in the pan. Sear the potatoes in it. Don`t stir too often or they won`t brown well. Season to taste. Tolerates a lot of salt.
- As an accompaniment to meat dishes.
