Ingredients
- 125 g rocket
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 avocado (s)
- 85 g olives, black
- 150 g feta cheese made from sheep and oat milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion (s)
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (apple balsamic vinegar)
- 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- 1 pinch (s) sugar, brown

- Wash the rocket and let it drain well, sort out a little if necessary. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Peel and core the avocado and cut into cubes (1 - 2 cm).
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes about the same size. Peel the garlic and cut into very fine cubes. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into wafer-thin slices.
- Drain and add the olives. Mix with the remaining ingredients and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
