- 250 g butter
- 100 g rocket
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Sea salt, coarse-grained
- Pepper, crushed

- Let the butter soften. Wash the rocket and grind very finely. Then mix all the ingredients together, shape into a roll, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
