Ingredients
- 100 g rocket
- 50 g pine nuts, toasted
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper

- Puree the rocket and pine nuts in the food processor or with the blender. Add the grated parmesan, oil and garlic and work into a soft mass. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with pasta of your choice.
