Ingredients
- 500 g rocket
- 250 g bacon, cubes
- 500 g mushrooms, white or brown
- 5 large onion (s)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, dried (e.g. parsley and chives)
- 1 handful sunflower seeds
- 200 g cheese, rated
- Balsamic, light or dark

- Quarter the mushrooms and cut the onions into large rings. Heat some olive oil in the pan. Fry the onions and diced bacon for 2 minutes over medium heat. Then add the mushrooms. Fry, stirring constantly. Season with pepper, salt and herbs.
- After 5 minutes, add the sunflower seeds and fry until the mushrooms are soft. Arrange the rocket on a large, flat plate. Spread the seared meat on the rocket. Cheese and a dash of balsamic vinegar on top (depending on your taste).
- Best consumed warm.
