Ingredients

  • 1 bowl rocket
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 sachets mozzarella
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Basil, dried
  • some oil (garlic)
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the rocket. Cut the onions into rings. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Dice the mozzarella.
  2. Arrange the rocket on deep plates and top with the onion rings, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. Pour some garlic oil into the hot pan and fry the chicken breasts, seasoned with pepper, salt and paprika powder, until golden brown.
  4. For the dressing, mix a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt and basil together well.
  5. Arrange the chicken breast on the salad and pour the dressing over it.
  6. Baguette goes well with it.
